The Blakemere Moss Loop

Tucked behind the main Delamere visitor centre, this 4.5-mile loop takes you past the ancient raised bog at Blakemere Moss — one of the rarest habitats in Cheshire and completely unknown to most people who walk right past it.

Best in early morning when the mist sits low over the water. Flat enough for buggies on the main path, though the moss trail itself gets boggy after rain.
